Diastasis recti is a separation of the rectus abdominis, due to severe tension on the abdomen. This phenomenon is common after pregnancy and is generally not dangerous, but it is not considered desirable. To avoid it, I can train throughout my pregnancy and after the birth of my baby with simple exercises.

Sometimes fears are vague or unconscious, so as soon as I feel anxious or feel that something is holding me back from doing something, I start by identifying the source of my fears.
